CountMoney - The story so far ............

Whether you require a Coin Counter for a school fundraising event or a large capacity, high speed note counter to process vast amounts of banknotes, or a teller mate for large amounts of both coins and notes. We have the right machine for you. Most importantly, at the right price. All our machines come direct from the manufacturer which means we pass on substantial savings to you.

CountMoney also stocks a wide range of security products, from Under counter POS safes, to counterfeit note detectors, Tills and Till Rolls . In fact, we sell anything and everything to do with Money and counting it.

Over the last 7 years, through lots of hard work (and a few sleepless nights!) CountMoney has grown from strength to strength gaining valuable clients and suppliers. Over this period we've been lucky enough to build an enviable reputation for low prices and excellent customer service.

We've made the transition from back bedroom to a force to be reckoned with in the Cash Handling world.

We have an office at WCH House, Buxton. Where we meet customers by appointment and give demonstrations of our impressive machines! We also come to your office to show off our machines.

CountMoney is a small company, with big ambitions. The CountMoney management team is made up of Christian Bennison, Simon Whittle & Phill Whittle. Each of us has a passion for technology and money. We each look after different aspects of the business, which means you always receive the best service possible.

Recently we invested in this fancy new website (like it?), we're really pleased with how it looks BUT....the one thing missing was a logo. Everyone else had one, and we wanted one.

In early 2011 CountMoney launched a logo competition. Asking all designers - professional & amateur- to come up with a logo which would complement our new site.

By the end of the competition (March 2011), we had received a staggering 912 entries. These came from all over the world - literally. It took us ages to decide on a design. After a few weeks deliberation we choose "3 gold coins". It was created in Sweden by Andreas Gustafsson. Andreas works for Sweden's premier design agency - Mollbyran. Click here for a little biography of Andreas Gustafsson. We were blown away by the simplicity of Andreas's design, and felt it really complimented the CountMoney design theme.

So that’s the story so far, we hope it has given a little insight into our company. It doesn't stop here though. We've got BIG plans, watch this space !!
